Teachers Giving Up their Job

I think that good teachers are giving up their job because of the education system. Education is a cycle. The system needs to facilitate and motivate teachers’ work, parents should respect and support teachers, so children would learn to respect teachers. Then, teachers could focus on applying effective methods of learning with successful outcomes.

Besides, the government should really train teachers. We really lack training. If we succeed on getting training on our own the training collides with the schedule, the workload, life commitments, or even the money commitments.

Even when we take training we do not visualize how we would use what we learn.  This is to me the real role of teachers is try to real enhance their knowledge, skills  and abilities and really apply what they learn in order to make a real difference.
