Infinite Resourses

As a whole, students are fairly tech-savvy. Still, the culture around introducing new technology is quite a mixed bag: some teachers (key stakeholders) are eager to explore new tools, others take quite a while to warm up, and others yet will never give it a go. 

There is a general feeling  now in the HTI my institute  that we don’t need change. 

The administration tends to encourage faculty to try new technologies and take risks, but does not set formal expectations to progress. It also does not want to hear any complaints from any stakeholders.

Ultimately, I would like to use technology to enable and encourage my students but they are not all ready for it. They need orientation and need education. They need motivation and time to use available online resources.
