Feedback
When
people do not receive enough information about their performance they are in
the dark.
Feedback
is powerful as it helps people get on track, it serves as a guide to assist
students to know how they and others perceive their performance. Feedback can
also be very motivating and energizing. Feedback is the information we and our
students need to be truly effective in the workplace.
Feedback should be ongoing,
regular, formal and informal. It should be timely and specific.
When
we give feedback it has to always positive in order to boost and motivate
others.
