Teaching and Personal Problems

Non of us can positively influence our students because someone is encouraging us to. We can only do so because we like how we feel when we do so. If anyone is frustrated, then the first responsibility is to treat the origin of that frustration in oneself before supporting anyone else.

If we can solve our own personal problems first, then teaching and role modelling becomes so much easier.

We are not frustrated because of our "bad jobs", we are frustrated because we have dis-empowering beliefs and habits that limit our potentials. we have a lot of duties and stresses. We are weak and fragile. Still, we do our best and once we enter our classes we concentrate on our mission.
